Calculating Yield Per Hectare
Yield (t/ha) = Total harvest mass (tonnes) / Area harvested (hectares)
Example: 45 tonnes of wheat harvested from a 12-hectare field: yield = 45/12 = 3.75 t/ha. Convert kg/ha to t/ha by dividing by 1000.
